Plast-O-Matic Valves
We are an authorised supplier and distributor of Plast-O-Matic thermoplastic valves. For project supply across India, request a quotation for PVC, CPVC, polypropylene (PP) and PVDF valves and controls.
The range includes check valves, manual and actuated ball valves, solenoid valves, shut-off valves, relief and backpressure valves, pressure regulators, flow control valves, air release and degassing valves, vacuum breakers, gauge guards, sight glasses and level indicators, pulsation dampeners and process cooling water sticks. Bodies suit corrosive and high-purity liquids in chemical processing, water and wastewater, metal finishing, pulp and paper, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical plants.
For plant upgrades, new process lines and EPC or MEP packages, email [REDACTED] or call or WhatsApp +91 9105511996. Share line size, material, media and site, and we will prepare a project quotation. We can deliver quickly once the order is confirmed.

Plast-O-Matic valve questions
What is a PVC check valve used for?
A PVC check valve, also called a non-return valve, lets liquid flow one way and stops reverse flow. The thermoplastic check valves we supply have no wetted metals, so they suit water, highly corrosive liquids and ultra-pure liquids. Bodies come in PVC, CPVC, natural polypropylene and PVDF, in ½" to 4" sizes. See check valves.
What does a back pressure valve do?
A back pressure valve maintains consistent backpressure in the line. Our thermoplastic relief, by-pass and backpressure valves also protect the system from overpressure, give automatic by-pass and prevent unwanted siphoning. They come in 2-way and 3-way designs, straight and angle patterns. See relief and backpressure valves.
What is the difference between a PVC and a CPVC ball valve?
Both are thermoplastic ball valves. The difference is the body material, which you choose to suit the liquid in your line. Manual ball valves come in PVC, CPVC, natural polypropylene and PVDF. Pneumatic actuated ball valves come in PVC and CPVC. Share your line size and media, and we will confirm the body on the quotation. Manual ball valves · Actuated ball valves.
What is a gauge guard isolator?
A gauge guard isolator protects a pressure gauge or instrument from corrosive media while giving precise pressure or vacuum isolation. Series GGS and GGMU inline isolators have a steel-reinforced gauge hub, a "zero dead-leg" ultra-pure design, and spigot or sanitary connections. See gauge guards.
